Founded in 2017, Bobbypills aims to produce unique and accessible adult animation series. With the support of Blackpills, an international online platform for audiovisual content for young adults, the Paris-based studio created three unique series in its first year, which generated the best audiences on the platform.
Since 2019, the studio is diversifying its projects and partners by working with, among others, Netflix, ADN, Ubisoft, and Warner, and continues to innovate in the 2D animation sector.
In 2023, Bobbypills opened a new studio in Angoulême, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, keeping its fully internalized creation process, which covers everything from writing to voice recording.
