Julie and her parents, Loic and Louison, live on a tiny Island off the Brittany coasts. Julie helps her father on the family fishing boat, « L’Indomptable » (The Indomitable). In her spare time, she plays the saxophone and accompanies Theodore, the priest of the village.Dealing with debts, Loic decides to let his boat go against the scrappage scheme.Without their main activity and without their boat, the family is lost in this new life that caught them off-guard.Julie hangs on to her saxophone so as to go beyond this overwhelming feeling.
