On the outskirts of Perugia, a young girl is found in a ditch. She’s wearing a haute couture dress and is beautiful. The police are about to remove her body when a sigh reveals her to be still alive: her name is Rosa Lazar, she’s Moldovan, and she’s not even 16 years old. Deputy Prosecutor Cristina Camponeschi and psychologist Stefano Mangiaboschi are immediately called to the case.
